ComeFront: Say Without Talking

Overview

ComeFront is a communication facilitator with the slogan “Say without Talking.” It began with one question: in 2020, what do we actually have to show concepts, and our state in relation to those concepts? What do we have to show what we mean?

Analyzing different areas of human communication turned up a gap in our digital tools. We categorize and contextualize information naturally in our minds — a task is not an agreement, a concept is not a request — but our platforms treat every kind of information with essentially the same structure. Generic text boxes, message threads and email formats force everything into the same container regardless of its nature or purpose.

That structural deficit produces ambiguity, misunderstanding and overload. Where do you share an important concept so it is properly understood? How do you make a specific request to a group that can be tracked? Where can you present information in a way that preserves its intended meaning?

Key Features

ComeFront answers with a template-based system that gives each category of information the structure it needs. Rather than forcing all communication into generic formats, it creates designated digital spaces for specific types of information — each concept in its proper place within one coherent framework.

Four purpose-built areas

  • Desk: tasks, improvements and notes with structured fields and status tracking.
  • Notice Board: a free-form multi-media canvas shared with a chosen list of viewers.
  • Agreement: collaborative document creation and consensus-building between two people.
  • World Peace: global issue discussion, solution proposals and community rating.

Template-driven transfer

Information moves between people inside template-like structures that stay properly contextualized, immediately understandable and systematically trackable. The framework is external, but it mirrors how we already organize information mentally — which is what makes it feel like less work rather than more.

What using it looks like

You connect with the people you actually communicate with, then choose the area that fits what you are trying to say rather than choosing a recipient and typing into a box. A request that needs following up goes to someone’s Desk, where it stays visible and reports its own progress back to you. Something that has to be seen as a whole goes on a Notice Board you keep updating. Something two people are promising each other becomes an Agreement they write together. The decision you make is about the nature of the information, and the structure follows from it.

Impact

The innovation is not only in what ComeFront does but in how it reframes the relationship between information and its container. Where information lives matters as much as what it says. Giving communication proper structure enables clearer expression, better understanding and more meaningful connections between people.

The goal is a digital ecosystem where information exists in its most appropriate context and grows through user-driven template development as new communication needs appear. As the name suggests: we come to the front, with proper structure, to say what we mean without the ambiguity of unstructured communication.

“We are existed, that’s why we come in front to say anything we meant to say.”
